How to Replace the Foot Pedal on an Electric Ride-On

All Electric Ride-On (ERO) models that feature a foot pedal with a rectangular base (see reference image for clarity).

Steps to Replace the Foot Pedal:

  1. Prepare the Tools

    • Use a flat head screwdriver for this process.

  2. Loosen the Left Side of the Pedal

    • Insert the flat head screwdriver between the left side of the foot pedal and the surrounding frame.

    • Gently pry the left side outward to release it from its locked position.

  3. Remove the Pedal

    • With the left side disengaged, pull the entire pedal out of its compartment.

  4. Disconnect the Old Pedal

    • Locate the pedal switch socket behind the removed pedal.

    • Unplug the old pedal from the socket.

  5. Connect the New Pedal

    • Plug the new foot pedal into the same pedal switch socket.

  6. Install the New Pedal

    • Insert the right side of the pedal into the open compartment first.

    • Then gently press down on the left side of the pedal until it snaps securely into place.

Tip:
Be careful not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the pedal housing or socket.
