How to Replace the Foot Pedal on an Electric Ride-On
All Electric Ride-On (ERO) models that feature a foot pedal with a rectangular base (see reference image for clarity).
Steps to Replace the Foot Pedal:

Prepare the Tools

Use a flat head screwdriver for this process.

Loosen the Left Side of the Pedal

Insert the flat head screwdriver between the left side of the foot pedal and the surrounding frame.

Gently pry the left side outward to release it from its locked position.

Remove the Pedal
-
With the left side disengaged, pull the entire pedal out of its compartment.

Disconnect the Old Pedal
-
Locate the pedal switch socket behind the removed pedal.

Unplug the old pedal from the socket.
-

Connect the New Pedal
-
Plug the new foot pedal into the same pedal switch socket.
-
-
Install the New Pedal
-
Insert the right side of the pedal into the open compartment first.
-
Then gently press down on the left side of the pedal until it snaps securely into place.

Tip:
Be careful not to use excessive force to avoid damaging the pedal housing or socket.
