Non-Profit / Charitable Donation Request Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in partnering with Dynacraft. In addition to our product innovation, we are committed to supporting organizations that strengthen our communities across Georgia. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, we’ve established the following guidelines to ensure a consistent and fair review process.

Guidelines:

  • The non-profit organization or fundraising event must be based in Georgia
  • All requests must be submitted in writing and approved in advance (no verbal requests)
  • Donation items are determined by Dynacraft and are subject to availability
  • Organizations must complete Dynacraft’s pre-approval process annually
  • Requests must be submitted no later than 30 days prior to your event pick-up date
  • DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:
    1. Application – Complete request form online
    2. IRS Affirmation Letter confirming current tax-exempt status, including certificate number for 501(C)(3) or Federal Tax Exempt number.
    3. Event Flyer – if available
