Delivery Policy

At Dynacraft Wheels, we are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience. We only ship within the continental United States and do not support international orders at this time.

Please review the following shipping details before placing your order:


Order Processing & Delivery Times

Your order’s Estimated Arrival Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability and order volume. During peak periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Standard delivery times range from 3–7 business days once the order has shipped.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We primarily use FedEx and UPS for deliveries. The shipping carrier will be automatically selected based on the destination, weight, and size of your order.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your package directly through the carrier’s website.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days, please reach out to our support team at customercare@dynacraftwheels.com.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination. We offer free shipping or expedited options, and we’re working toward adding more flexible delivery options in the future.


Delivery Restrictions

  • U.S. only: We do not ship outside the United States.

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

  • Please provide a valid street address for successful delivery.


Incorrect or Insufficient Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If the address is incomplete or incorrect and causes the package to be undeliverable, Dynacraft Wheels is not responsible for lost or returned items.

If you need to modify your shipping details, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes before the order ships.


Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During high-volume seasons (such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other major holidays), please allow additional time for order processing and delivery. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery dates, delays may occur due to carrier volume or weather interruptions.
